Paul, along with his twin brother, Steve, founded Mortgage Solutions of St. Louis in 1998. Paul is consistently one of the top mortgage brokers/producers in St. Louis, originating over $300 million in loans in previous years. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame of 1991 with Steve, Paul passed his CPA exam and went on to work in public accounting until 1995, and, you guessed it, with Steve. They left together to start an Allstate Agency that went on to become the largest in St Louis. In 1998, looking to better service their client base, they started a mortgage company.
Over 7,500 loans later and over $1 billion in loans, Mortgage Solutions of St. Louis, has become one of the most well respected mortgage lenders in St Louis. Paul prides himself on his availability on his cell phone (314-280-3565) 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Starting at Mary Queen of Peace, St. Louis U High then Notre Dame, Paul has come full circle and lives up the street from his Twin and his parents in Glendale. Of course, all 7 of his kids have gone to Mary Queen of Peace.

My experience with Mortgage Solutions of St Louis was the exact opposite. They were friendly, fast and made it easy. I think the difference is working with a company that does this all the time, they understand how to get people thru the approval process because they know what they are doing.
