Paul LaVigne

Vice President / Owner
As Vice President of Sales and Operations, Paul LaVigne oversees the loan process to ensure quality and client satisfaction. A co-founder of Mortgage Solutions of St.Louis, Paul has a degree in accounting and professional experience as a CPA.

Steve LaVigne

Vice President / Owner
As Vice President, Steve LaVigne monitors controls and compliance, coordinates cash flow and reporting, and manages lender relationships. A co-founder of Mortgage Solutions of St. Louis, Steve has previous experience as a professional CPA.

Tom Wilhelm

Senior Manager
As Senior Manager, Tom Wilhelm manages and coordinates the loan process, including quality control, underwriting, and origination. A member of the Mortgage Solutions team since 1998, Tom has a degree in Business Administration and previous banking experience.

Mike Dailey

Mortgage Analyst
As a Mortgage Analyst, Mike Dailey provides borrowers with guidance and information relevant to the risks and benefits of each mortgage program for which they qualify. A member of the team since 2001, Mike has a degree in Business Administration and prior professional experience in real estate.

Jimmy Dunn

Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Jimmy Dunn is in charge of more than marketing rates and products. He also educates clients and borrowers on how to develop mortgage plans given their particular objectives.

Theresa Haessig

Senior Processor
As Senior Processor, Theresa Haessig manages the home loan application process, monitors the underwriting function, and coordinates the scheduling of all necessary services. She has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and extensive training in conventional, FHA, and VA loan programs.

Lauri Jost

Processor
As a Processor, Lauri Jost is in charge of processing and closing new mortgage loans for purchase and refinance transactions. Lauri has extensive training in conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac underwriting guidelines.

Corinne Dailey

Client Services
Corinne Dailey provides support to clients by arranging the services of appraisers, title companies, underwriters, and more. She has been assisting clients in the closing process at Mortgage Solutions of St. Louis since 2002.
