If I were to rate Mortgage Solutions of STL on a scale of 1-10, 10 representing the highest level of satisfaction, I would rate my entire experience with them as a 10. Mike Dailey was extremely friendly, as well as knowledgeable. He treated me like family, and even went out of his way to bring documents to my house rather than having me come to his office. As a first time home buyer, Mike took care of me every step of the way, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I have and will continue to recommend Mortgage Solutions of STL to my friends and family in the future.
I have done a couple home purchase loans and re-finances with Mike. He always makes the process as easy as can be for the borrower. The best rate possible is acquired, fees are minimal and Mike does all of the leg work on the transaction. Mike is very down to earth, easy to work with and great at explaining the process and all of the steps required to acquire the right loan or insurance policy for me and my family.

I recently refinanced my home with Mortgage Solutions of St St Louis. My past experiences with refinancing taught me that the process would be long, stressful and time consuming. My experience with Mortgage Solutions of St Louis was the exact opposite. They were friendly, fast and made it easy. I think the difference is working with a company that does this all the time, they understand how to get people thru the approval process because they know what they are doing. Other firms do it part time and don't have the expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone, they are customer focused and driven to help the consumer, not just a bank.

I can't say enough great things about Mortgage Solutions. Both my original loan and refinance were smooth and required a minimal amount of hassle.
